Refund and Returns Policy for Panda Flair

    All sales on Panda Flair are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, size issues, or style preferences.
     
  2. Eligibility for Refunds/Exchanges
     
    We only offer refunds or exchanges if your order meets ONE of the following:
     
 
  • The product is defective (broken zippers, torn fabric, missing parts, etc.)
  • The product is damaged during shipping
  • We shipped the wrong item, size, or color
 
  1. How to Request a Refund or Exchange
     
    To make a request:

  3. Provide your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue.
     
  4. Our team will reply within 2 business days with instructions.
     
  5. Refund Process
     
    Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.
     
    Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is caused by Panda Flair.
     
    We do not provide cash refunds or store credit.
     
  6. Return Shipping
     
    If approved, we will provide a return label for defective, damaged, or wrong items.
     
    Items must be returned in original, unused condition.
     
    Items returned without approval will not be processed.
     
  7. Exceptions
     
    Customized or personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
     
    Sale items are only eligible for refund if defective.
