- General PolicyAll sales on Panda Flair are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, size issues, or style preferences.
- Eligibility for Refunds/ExchangesWe only offer refunds or exchanges if your order meets ONE of the following:
- The product is defective (broken zippers, torn fabric, missing parts, etc.)
- The product is damaged during shipping
- We shipped the wrong item, size, or color
- How to Request a Refund or ExchangeTo make a request:
- Contact us at ybyb_zh@pandaflair.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue.
- Our team will reply within 2 business days with instructions.
- Refund ProcessApproved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is caused by Panda Flair.We do not provide cash refunds or store credit.
- Return ShippingIf approved, we will provide a return label for defective, damaged, or wrong items.Items must be returned in original, unused condition.Items returned without approval will not be processed.
- ExceptionsCustomized or personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable.Sale items are only eligible for refund if defective.
