Returns & Refunds Content:
30-Day Return Window: Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be unused, original packaging, tags attached.
We Cover Return Shipping If:
• Item is defective, damaged, or has quality issues.
• We shipped the wrong item, size, or color.
You Cover Return Shipping If:
• Changed your mind (style, color, fit).
• Ordered wrong size/color.
• Return initiated outside 30-day window.
Refund Process: Once we receive & inspect the return, refund is processed to original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Promotions & Rules Content:
Free Shipping: Applies to orders over $29.90. If a partial return drops the subtotal below $29.90, standard shipping fee will be deducted from refund.
First Order Discount (25% Off): Refunds based on actual amount paid. Discount value is non-refundable.
